Transparency, quality, and your satisfaction are our foundation. Here’s everything you need to know about shopping with CT Furniture USA.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer local delivery throughout Connecticut and surrounding areas. Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days for in‑stock items. Custom furniture typically takes 4–6 weeks.

Delivery Area

We deliver to all of Connecticut, plus parts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. For addresses further than 50 miles from New Britain, a small mileage fee may apply. We’ll confirm the total cost before your order is finalized.

White‑Glove Service

Our team will bring your furniture into the room of your choice, unpack it, and remove all packaging materials. Assembly (e.g., attaching legs, connecting sectional pieces) is included at no extra charge.

Important: Please measure your doorways, hallways, and staircases before ordering. If we encounter access issues, we’ll work with you to find a solution, but additional fees may apply.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your furniture. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

  • In‑stock items: Eligible for store credit or exchange (less a 15% restocking fee).
  • Custom orders: All custom furniture is final sale. We cannot accept returns on made‑to‑order pieces.
  • Clearance / floor models: Sold as‑is and are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for pickup; return delivery fees may apply.


Warranty Information

We stand behind the quality of our furniture. Every piece comes with a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects.

  • Frame: 5‑year warranty against structural defects.
  • Suspension (springs / webbing): 3‑year warranty.
  • Upholstery / fabric: 1‑year warranty against seam separation and material defects.
  • Leather: 2‑year warranty on top‑grain leather.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, fading, stains, or damage caused by misuse or improper care. We’ll gladly advise you on how to care for your furniture to keep it looking beautiful for years.


Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only the information necessary to process orders, schedule appointments, and communicate with you about your purchases.

  • We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
  • We use secure servers and industry‑standard encryption to protect your information.
  • You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in the email footer.

Product Care & Maintenance

We want your furniture to last. Here are some general tips to keep your sofa or sectional looking its best:

  • Fabric: Vacuum regularly to remove dust. Spot‑clean with a mild, water‑free solvent or dry‑cleaning solution. For performance fabrics, follow the care tag instructions.
  • Leather: Dust with a soft cloth weekly. Condition leather every 6–12 months to prevent drying and cracking.
  • Wood legs / frames: Clean with a damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals.

We provide specific care instructions with each delivery. If you have any questions, our team is happy to help.


Payment & Financing

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and cash. We also offer financing options through our trusted partners.

  • In‑store financing: Apply in our showroom or online. Approval is typically instant.
  • Lease‑to‑own options: Available for qualified customers.
  • All prices are in USD and do not include applicable sales tax.

Appointment & Showroom Policies

  • Walk‑ins are welcome during business hours, but we strongly recommend booking an appointment to ensure a dedicated specialist is available to assist you.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Our showroom is located at 240 Main St, New Britain, CT 06051. Free parking is available on‑site.
